Arttu Tuominen wins Créteil en Poche 2026 prize!

We are happy to announce that Arttu Tuominen has won the Créteil en Poche 2026 prize in France, with the third book of the River Delta series, SILENCED, Tous les silences. The French edition was published by Éditions de la Martinière.

Festival International du livre au format de poche, or the International Festival of Paperback Books, was held last weekend in Créteil, France. The literary awards of the festival honor the authors and paperback books most appreciated over the past twelve months. A jury has selected the winners for each category, and the award was presented on Saturday, June 27th.

The River Delta series by Arttu Tuominen has sold over 230,000 copies in Finland alone and has been published in six different languages.

Arttu Tuominen

Arttu Tuominen (b. 1981) is a Spiegel bestselling author and environmental inspector based in Pori, Finland. During the evenings, he writes dark and tough crime novels. He is best known for his psychologically nuanced and gripping crime novels. Tuominen's novels are acclaimed for their intense atmosphere, compelling plots, and richly drawn characters.

His River Delta series has sold over 230,000 copies in Finland alone and has been published in six different languages.
