Step behind the scenes of a closed retreat and into a deadly game of manipulation in the highly anticipated sequel of the thriller series

A charming sociopath and a successful wellness influencer become entangled in a dangerous manipulation game in the second installment of Tatiana Elf’s Rebekka Nummi series. Rebekka, who identifies herself as a sociopath, infiltrates the inner circle of wellness influencer Ella as she searches for a way to ease her most dangerous impulses.

She enlists the help of renowned profiler Henri, a man who understands the darkest corners of the mind. At the same time, detective Saku grows interested in Rebekka’s actions, fascinated by a woman who is unlike anyone he has ever encountered—both frightening and irresistibly intriguing.

At a remote retreat, tension rapidly escalates into a ticking time bomb when Rebekka discovers the true puppet master pulling the strings—and she must make an irreversible choice between life and death.

Master continues the series that began with Impostor (2025), a debut that earned, among other honors, a nomination for Crime Debut of the Year.
