We are excited to share that on the eve of the Finnish publication of the third and final MILO book by Max Seeck, the Latvian rights for Milo 3: GUARDED have been acquired by Latvijas Mediji! Latvijas Mediji just recently published book two in the series. The deal was closed by Satu Sallantaus at Ahlbäck Agency.
The series has sold over 120,000 copies in Finland, with rights sold to 11 territories, and a 6-episode international TV series adaptation by Solar Films is currently in pre-production.

The protagonist Milo Perho is a former intelligence officer and art gallerist with a shadowy past and a razor-sharp intellect. He has secretly been struggling with his masculinity, and through a series of mysterious events with increasingly high stakes he is drawn back into a world of secrets and intrigues he’d tried to leave behind.
In Guarded, a man thinks he’s in luck when an online flirt suggests she could come over. When she arrives, however, he realizes he made a fatal mistake. The next morning the man is found dead in what is staged as a suicide and wearing a sun-shaped pendant, a symbol of joy and protection. Soon, more victims wearing the same pendant pop up around town: a killer is afoot, and the solution to this particular case seems to be pushing Milo to the limit, as he still recovers from his injuries.
