Polish and Albanian rights for INHERITED LAND by Maria Turtschaninoff sold!

We are thrilled to announce two new deals for INHERITED LAND (Arvejord) by internationally bestselling and award-winning author Maria Turtschaninoff!

Firstly, the Polish rights for the title have been acquired by Poznańskie in a three-way auction! 
Poznańskie is the publisher of e.g. Douglas Stuart, Bernardine Evaristo, and Elif Shafak, and INHERITED LAND will become a part of their series “Literary Works from Northern Countries”. They said:

Secondly, the World Albanian rights for the title were sold to Shkupi Publishing House!
Shkupi Publishing House operates in North Macedonia, but publishes books and translations in Albanian and serves the readership of North Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo.

Both deals were closed by Sten-Erik Tammemäe at Elina Ahlback Literary Agency.

INHERITED LAND is the fastest-moving fiction title title in the history of the agency with the rights having now been sold to 13 territories!
