Emmi Itäranta’s Memory of Water sold to Germany

We are excited to share the news that the German rights to Emmi Itäranta‘s debut novel Memory of Water (Teemestarin kirja, Teos 2012) have been acquired by Reihe Hanser an imprint of Deutscher Taschenbuch Verlag (DTV). Publication is planned for 2014 when Finland is the guest of honour at the Frankfurt Book Fair.

Emmi Itäranta won the Teos Fantasy and Sci-fi Literary Prize 2011 with Memory of Water.
