“We were delighted and proud to hear that Salla Simukka had chosen Hachette’s Black Moon imprint for her Snow White Trilogy. Lumikki is a strong and vibrant heroine whose trials and tribulations I personally look forward to sharing with our readers. No doubt this new voice will have the greatest happily ever after with the French YA community of readers.”
– Aurélia Goyens, Editor at Hachette Livre

“Simukka writes with great fluency and credibility. This book keeps you entertained and leaves you hungry for more. I will definitely read the other two instalments of the Snow White trilogy because Lumikki’s story is not finished…”

“After the first page I had to find a seat. The story gripped me straightaway and I found the book unputdownable. Simukka’s writing is beautiful, strong and descriptive without ever slowing down the story. The thrilling atmosphere of the book is riveting.”

“Besides a fast-paced plot, Simukka enthrals the reader with an interesting cast of characters with Lumikki being the most fascinating.”
